Dhagagia Social Welfare Society (DSWS), a non-profit organization working in health, education, Child Protection and livelihoods in West Bengal, invites sealed quotations from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of safety kits for 1900 participants (it can be slightly varied) under its program initiative.

Each kit will include standard hygiene and safety materials such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel, Shampoo, hair oil, liquid hand wash, sanitizer, nail cutter, detergent, mosquito net, umbrella, and a duffle bag. Vendors may propose equivalent quality alternatives. 

Delivery Location: Kolkata 

Delivery Timeline: Within [10–15] days of the purchase order. It can be received partly. 

Eligibility: Registered suppliers with a valid GST and PAN, as well as prior experience working with NGOs or social projects, are preferred. 

Tender value: Approx 21 Lakhs
