Project Background
As part of the STEM Education Strengthening Initiative in Noida, MAMTA HIMC is supporting 40 government schools by equipping them with TCL 43-inch LED TVs for digital learning and Ender-series 3D Printers to encourage hands-on STEM education.

This RFP invites bids from qualified and experienced agencies for procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and fitting of the equipment in 40 schools of Noida.

1. Purpose of the RFPTo select an agency for supplying TCL 43-inch LED TVs and Ender 3D Printers, including their installation, wall mounting, demonstration, and after-sales support.

2. Scope of Work & Deliverables 

The selected agency must perform the following:

A. Procurement & Supply

• Supply of 40 TCL 43-inch LED TVs (brand-specific requirement).
• Supply of 40 Ender 3D Printers (Creality Ender series – brand-specific requirement).
• Items must be new, original, unused, with full manufacturer warranty.
  
  

B. Delivery

• Deliver all equipment to the 40 designated government schools in Noida.
• Vendor is responsible for transportation, handling, and insurance.
  
  

C. Installation & Fitting 1. TCL 43-inch LED TV

• Wall mounting with heavy-duty brackets
• Wiring, drilling, cable management
• Initial setup, configuration & testing
• Ensuring safe, secure, child-safe installation
  
  

2. Ender 3D Printer (Creality Ender Series)

• Placement in lab/classroom
• Calibration & test print
• Starter kit setup (filaments, nozzles, accessories)
• Training school staff on basic operation
