For Hiring & Empanelment of Social Media Management Vendor 

I. Company Profile
Established in June 2008, the Institute for Global Development (IGD) works with a vision to provide and support basic health facilities for marginalized sections of society.
IGD delivers preventive, promotive, and primary healthcare services through Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) in its operational areas.
The organization is committed to improving community health outcomes through inclusive, sustainable, and scalable models of service delivery. 

II. Scope of Work

IGD invites proposals from experienced and creative agencies for end-to-end management of its social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter). 

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing monthly social media strategies and content calendars
• Designing visual creatives, posts, reels, and short videos
• Managing daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement
• Preparing monthly performance and analytics reports
  
  

III. Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
• Deliverables: Content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics reports
• Payment Terms:
• Monthly payment as per approved plan
• Final payment upon invoice submission and report approval
• Termination: 15 days’ prior notice by either party

• Release of RFP: 9th October 2025
