Job Description
Join a leading player in the recycled polyester solutions sector in India, committed to building transparency and fair-trade practices across the textile supply chain. We work with manufacturers and brands to deliver traceable, certified, and high-quality recycled polyester products—from fibers and yarns to fabrics and garments—while driving positive social and environmental impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth by developing strategies for recycled yarn products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine approaches.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and product-level P&L to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Define and optimize B2B sales channels to support growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years’ experience in B2B sales or customer management within textiles.
- Strong understanding of the recycled polyester ecosystem and supply chains.
- Product expertise in Recycled Poly Melange, Open-End, Blended Yarn, DTY, FDY.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets with effective pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (Hindi is an advantage).
- High personal integrity and passion for sustainability-driven growth.
