3. JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
She/he shall be responsible for organization’s financial goals by acquiring and on boarding new corporate partners, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring programmes funding. This role involves collaborating with corporate partners to enhance satisfaction with organization’s program delivery and employee engagement, promoting retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or fundraising, strong communication skills, and a commitment to non-profit impact. She/he would be reporting to Senior Manager, Fundraising.
Key responsibilities
a) Lead and manage corporate fundraising, ensuring a healthy mix of multi-year and one-year partnerships aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
b) Drive partner retention and engagement, including timely reporting, employee volunteering, and delivering an exceptional partner experience.
c) Collaborate with program teams to identify funding gaps and leverage donor relationships and opportunities to secure necessary support.
d) Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, while managing accurate and timely reporting for all fundraising activities.
e) Foster a high-performance culture by building strong teams rooted in effective people practices, streamlined processes, and robust systems.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Any graduate degree - having an MBA in relevant disciplines preferred.
Experience:
• At least Three - Five years fundraising, sales or customer service experience.
• Any non-profit/Banking/sales/corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in fundraising from Corporates is essential (Minimum 3 - 8 Cr)
Knowledge and skills:
• Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector, fundraising and donor relationship management.
• Tech-savvy with exceptional communication and influencing skills in English.
• Very strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, staff, and volunteers.
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
• Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce, Project Management tool like Asana
5. COMPENSATION
The gross compensation budgeted for the position is ranging from INR 8 to 15 lakhs per annum (LPA) negotiable further to commensurate with skills, qualifications, trainings, experience and salary history.
