Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant, International Not-for-Profit Organization (INPO), Remote.

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Consultant for E learning Module Development will be responsible for the end-to-end development of 15 e-learning modules on maternal health, for which the following work needs to be done per module;

Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Development of Framework: Developing the Jhpiego’s Unified System for Tech-Enabled Learning (JUSTEL) framework for each module;
(2) Storyboard Development: Development of story board incorporating the visuals and voice over as per the need of the module and video;

(3) Image Development via Prompt Generation: Developing the images as per need of the video for each module using AI.;

(4) Documentation of Prompts: Documentation of all the prompts used for image and story board generation;

(5) Support in Video Development: Support the digital team in visualization and finalization of the final video;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must be Bachelors in any stream with Master in life sciences /Public health;

(2) At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the area of public health;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for a period of two months, is INR 77,000/-.

6. LOCATION: Remote

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of two months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
