2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
 

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

This Scope of Work (SOW) for 3D visualizations and animations outlines the requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities for the development of an informational video on PrEP LEN (Lenacapavir) injection. The video aims to educate the target audience about PrEP LEN, its benefits, administration, and importance in HIV prevention. This document serves as a foundational agreement between all parties involved, ensuring a clear understanding of the project's objectives and execution plan. She/ he will be responsible for the following tasks:
 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1) Final Video File: High-definition (1080p) MP4 format;
(2) Closed Captions/Subtitles File: SRT or similar format;
(3) Voiceover Audio File: WAV or MP3 format;
(4) Project Files (Optional): Upon request, raw project files (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) may be provided, subject to additional agreement;
(5) Script: Final approved script in document format;
(6) Visual Style Guide: Document outlining visual elements, color palettes, and typography used in the video;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have Graduate in any related disciplines;

(2) At least 3 or more years of experience in creating high end 3D visualizations and animations, and experience of working with the public health organizations;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) 3D Animation Production, Voiceover Recording good knowledge;

(2) Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall consultancy fee budgeted for the assignment, for a period of one month, is INR 2,48,648/-.

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of One month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
