Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant HR, International Not-for-Profit Organization, New Delhi.

 

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

 

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Public Health Consultant HR will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 

 

(1) Strategy & Program Development;
(a) Support with designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives;

(b) Lead initiatives around recognition, wellness, DEI, and employee voice;

(2) Insights & Analytics;
(a) Conduct employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions;
(b) Analyse engagement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities;

(c) Support the delivery of clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations;


(3) Capability Building;

(a) Facilitate hands-on workshops to build managerial capability in fostering engagement and inclusion;

(b) Design and facilitate the implementation of feedback systems and recognition programs that actively drive performance and strengthen employee engagement;


(4) Communication & Culture Building;

(a) Partner with internal communications to promote engagement initiatives;

(b) Design initiatives that celebrate diverse perspectives and create safe spaces for open dialogue;


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience
(1) The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field;

(2) At least 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development;

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong analytical skills with experience in survey tools and data interpretation;
(2) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;

(3) Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural transformation;


5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The total consultancy fee budgeted for this assignment, for a duration of six months, is up to INR 4,50,000/-

 

6. LOCATION: New Delhi

7. REFERENCE: C-HR-D-INPO

 

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

 

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of Six months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
